A small notebook about making better coffee at home without turning it into a second job.

Coffee Crumbs started as a text file of recipes that kept getting longer. At some point it was easier to put it on a page than to keep scrolling through it every morning.

Everything here is brewed on ordinary equipment: a hand grinder, a V60, an AeroPress, a kettle with a thermometer and a cheap kitchen scale. No sponsorships, no affiliate links, no ads. If a coffee or a tool shows up in a post, it is because it got used up and bought again.

The rules I brew by

• Weigh the coffee and the water. Everything else is optional.
• Change one thing at a time.
• Trust your tongue over any chart, including the ones on this site.

New posts appear whenever there is something worth writing down, which is roughly once a month.
